Buenos deseos por la muerte de Pascal:
I'm sorry for your loss, but it sounds like you really wanted the best for her regardless of which way it went. I hope you are comforted by all you did for her and know that she had a good life with you. When the time is right, there will be another one waiting for your kind and loving hands and heart.
I'm sorry for your loss. Most of us know what you're going through right now. I think it hurts us that much more when our little ones pass away because we are our little hammies' caregivers and they rely on us. You know in your heart that you did everything you could for Pascal. Pascal knows it too. She is now at the Rainbow Bridge, no longer suffering but happy and care free. When the time comes you will meet again.
Ho Liz, I am so sorry. Those of us who never been owned by a little fur ball can't understand how the loss of such a small being can leave such a huge gap in your heart but here we al understand. You gave Pascal a loving home and did whatever was necessary to try and help her. She is no longer suffering. Your pain is felt by all of us.Rest in peace little one.

And this is a poem which I find can give comfort:
The Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of Heaven is a place called The Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill or old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance.
His bright eyes are intent; his eager body quivers.
Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying himfaster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling to each other in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together...
Liz I feel sad having read this post. I remember reading about pascal back in the summer when we both had poorly hamsters. Pascal was luck to find you in life and you were luck to find pascal. Your love and kindness was known to pascal and rest happy that Pascal is now happy and healthy once more. Have fun at the bridge lil pascal. Big hug and my thoughts are with you...
